February 10, 1997 <br /> <br />Earl Hohlen and Lorraine Hohlen <br />Elk Terrace Mobile Court <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hohlen: <br /> <br />The 9 month notice mailed to the residents of Elk Terrace Mobile Home Court stated, "The <br />Park will close following compliance with all terms and conditions of MN Statute <br />327C.095.' <br /> <br />In-Subd. 6 of this statute it states, "The notice must state that the park owner will provide <br />information on the cash price and the terms and conditions of the purchaser's offer to <br />residents requesting the information." <br /> <br />SeVeral verbal attempts have been made to obtain information on the cash price and the <br />terms and conditions of the purchaser's offer and you and your Attorney, John McGibben, <br />have refused to give any information to residents. <br /> <br />This will be the last request madetoyou from a resident. If the information on the cash <br />price and the terms and conditions of the purchaser's offer do not reach my mailbox by <br />February 18, 1997 you will be further contacted byalawyer.
