<br />The Ice Arena Commission sh8ll con-
<br />sist of seven (7) members who shall be

<br />1 representative of the Park and

<br />All tertns shall end on the last day of
<br />February, however! members s.hall
<br />hold office until theIr successors have
<br />been appointed. Appointments shall
<br />be made at the first regular Council
<br />meeting in March. A'vacancy during
<br />the term of any member shall be tilled
<br />by City, Council appointment lor "the
