As <br />the council will recall, an ordinance was recently adopted requiring <br />a kennel license for anyone owning over three cats. <br /> <br />Ms. Hess-Ulman has submitted her application and license fee. <br />Cheryl Edinger, Community Service Officer is in the process of <br />inspecting the premises which is a requirement prior to the issuance <br />of a license. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br /> <br />Council motion to approve a private kennel license for Ms. Laura <br />Hess-Ulman residing at 21498 Vernon Street contingent upon <br />approval of the inspection by CSO Edinger. <br /> <br />\\elkriver\sys\shrdocXcouncil\cat.doc <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
