THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.8o <br /> <br />Consider Request by Dave and Joyce Mickelson for Amendment to Final Plat, <br />Public Hearinq Case No. P 96-6 <br /> <br />Planning Assistant Scott Harlicker indicated that Dave and Joyce Mickelson are <br />requesting an amendment to the final plat for North Meadows Corner located at <br />the southwest corner of the intersection of 217th Avenue and County Road 32. He <br />indicated that the amendment requested is to increase the number of lots from <br />three to four by splitting Lot 3 into two lots. <br /> <br /> <br />
