However, in this case there is a 15 foot <br />drainage and utility easement along the side property line between lots 7 and <br />8. Therefore, the easement is a total of 30 feet wide to accommodate a storm <br />sewer line which is runs from the street, along the property line, to the pond <br />that is located to the rear of these lots. <br /> <br />The lot is about 80 feet wide and is currently vacant.
