The drainage calculations were <br />prepared by Todd McLouth of John Oliver and Associates. These calculations accurately <br />reflect the change in impervious area and additional runoff after the proposed office and <br />shop expansion, along with the bituminous pavement of the parking area. The existing <br />pond located in the northeast part of the site is shown to be enlarged by the necessary <br />amount to compensate for the additional runoff.
