Stat. § <br />327C.095, et seq. The su~l~ andrestated statement was sent to the residents to insure <br />the timely closing of the Park and to provide further information to the residents and the <br />City, as requested. <br /> <br /> On August 9, 1996 we sent you the list of names and addresses of at least one <br />resident of each home.
