Pursuant to State Statutes 327C.095 - PARK CLOSING - Prior <br />to closing or converting a mobile home park, a minimum notice of 9 months <br />must be given to all of the residents within the manufactured home park. <br />Given this time period, the earliest date the residents would be required to <br />vacate the park would be June 24, 1997. Another noteworthy date regarding <br />this process states that residents of the park may not be required to vacate <br />until 60 days after the conclusion of the public hearing to close the park. <br /> <br />November l& 1996 Public Hearing <br /> <br />The City Council discussed this park closure at the November 18, 1996 City <br />Council meeting and received a considerable amount of public testimony. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
