PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The following schedule outlines the major tasks which are <br />required to accomplish the completion of the first phase of <br />this project. It does not take into account the year of <br />planning and programming already undertaken by the Task <br />Force and it assumes the remaining tasks can be completed in <br />a timely fashion. <br /> <br />PHASING <br /> <br />For the purpose of this preliminary report, we have assumed <br />the facility will be constructed in three phases. <br /> <br />The first phase includes most of the meeting space but only <br />facilities for the catering of major meals. Also included <br />would be the indoor recreational areas, a director's office, <br />and the related common areas. <br /> <br />The next phase wOUld add the remaining meeting rooms and <br />full service kitchen, the senior and teen centers, the <br />outdoor recreational activities, and the related common <br />spaces. <br /> <br />The third phase will complete the facility with indoor <br />tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a major presentation <br />center. <br /> <br />For comparative purposes, we have also included two and four <br />phase scenario. <br /> <br /> <br />
