RESOLUTION 10-_ <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO CONDUCT ANNUAL <br />OFF-SITE GAMBLING FOR ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River Youth Hockey Association has made application to the <br />State Gambling Control Board for an application to conduct annual <br />off-site gambling; and, <br />WHEREAS, approval of the application would allow Elk River Youth Hockey to conduct <br />one raffle during the year; and, <br />WHEREAS, the raffle event would be conducted at the Elk River American Legion which <br />is off-site from the licensed premises permit sites. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, that an application to conduct annual off-site gambling is <br />granted to Elk River Youth Hockey to allow a raffle drawing to be held on <br />January 19, 2011. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 4~' day of October <br />2011. <br />Stephanie A.
