No new lots are being created. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Meetinq <br /> <br />At the Planning Commission meeting held on June 24~h, no one spoke at the public hearing. <br />The Commission recommended approval of the proposed Registered Land Survey. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and staff recommend that the City Council approve the proposed <br />Registered Land Survey with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. THE APPLICANT FILE FOR AN EASEMENT VACATION TO VACATE THE <br /> EXISTING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON THE LOT LINES <br /> BETWEEN LOT 10 AND LOT 9 AND LOT 10 AND LOT 11. <br />2. NEW DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS SHALL BE GRANTED <br /> ALONG THE NEW LOTS LINE <br />3. THE EAST HALF OF LOT 10 BE COMBINED WITH LOT 11 AND THE WEST <br /> HALF OF LOT 10 BE COMBINED WITH LOT 9. <br /> <br /> <br />
