In <br />addition, other features such as golf course, driving range and skate park could also be <br />constructed. This concept would utilize the existing entrance road as its primary access to <br />the site. T«'o gravel parking would be located at the top of the landfill and another at the <br />northern part of the site. A secondary batting cages and sledding hill would be located at <br />the north end and an outdoor amphitheater would be located at the southern part of the <br />site. The ballfields ~~~otild be a combination of soccer and softball fields and an archery <br />range could be developed at the «~estern part of the site. <br />These features would be connected with a looping trail and several lookout pavilion <br />located at key points that would provide best views from the site. Wildflowers and native <br />gasses «~ould be planted on the slopes and all natural areas. Buffer planting would be <br />planted around the perimeter. <br />~. Tu~o secondary access points would be developed at <br />221x` Avenue. It is envisioned that this road would have a "parkway" character with two- <br />lane road and on-street parking. The commercial site would be located at the existing <br />! Commercial Asphalt Co. and Plant to take advantage of the visibility from the highway. <br />The main overlook would be located at the north end of the park and three trails would <br />spur from this site creating a formal character to the trails. At trail intersections, earthen <br />berm would be established to create outdoor seating and outdoor rooms. Other earthen <br />berms would also be constructed to create elevation change as well as to provide planting <br />soil for the trees. A looping trail would be planned along the slopes and connected to the <br />existing trail.
