On August 3, 2003 the <br />Twin Cities Unicycle Club will be hosting the North American Unicycling Championships <br />and Hillside City Park will be the site of the Mountain Unicycling Competition. This was <br />approved by the Commission with a deposit of $500 and a fee of $3.00 per rider not to <br />exceed $500. <br /> <br />The other major park uses include a Back-to-School Concert at Lions Park and fundraiser <br />for Tom Thompson at Woodland Trails Park on July 12, 2003. <br /> <br />The Commission also approved the final playground plan for Highlands West Park.
