REQUEST FOR ACTION <br />TO ITEM NUMBER <br />Ci Council 3.6. <br />AGENDA SECTION MEETING DATE PREPARED BY <br />Consent Au st 16, 2010 Lori Stich, Accountant <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION REVIEWED By <br />Resolution Removing Parce175-409-0740 from the Special Lori ohnson, Ci Administrator <br />Assessment Roll for the 2010 Main Street Rehabilitation Project REVIEWED BY <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />The City Council is asked to adopt the attached resolution removing the special assessment on parce175- <br />409-0740. <br />BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION <br />At the June 28, 2010, City Council meeting, John MacGibbon made a written objection to the assessment <br />on parce175-409-0740 for the 2010 Main Street Rehabilitation project. Mr. MacGibbon stated that the <br />parcel was not assessed for previous projects because the lot is unbuildable. <br />It was suggested that Mr. MacGibbon contact Sherburne County to see if this parcel could be combined <br />with the adjacent parcel which Mr. MacGibbon also owns.
