ORDINANCE 10- <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AMENDING SECTION 30-I OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />RELATING TO SIGNAGE DEFINITIONS <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That Section 30-1 titled Definitions of Elk River City Code shall be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Sign, Alteration of, means any change, reconstruction, relocation, or enlargement/reduction of a sign, <br />or of any of its component parts. Routine maintenanc , <br />and the repainting shall not be <br />deemed to be an alteration ~ ~ , <br />Sign, Freestanding, means any sign not attached to a principal or accessory building. <br />Sign, Monument, means a Freestanding Sign supported by an internal structural framework covered by <br />solid structural feature such that the support structure is not visible.
