For the most part, this would be common sense. But by <br />discussing bad new often enough, customers can become desensitize and complacent. Continued <br />focus and pressure on controlling costs can help ERMU remain competitive and provide safe <br />reliable services at competitive prices. However, this is not enough. Pressure on our wholesale <br />power supplier to control costs and pressure on our legislators to not unfairly burden public <br />power customers is also important. <br />
