Meeting Summary <br />Objective: Raise awareness of services offered in Elk River, increase positive perception of the City of Elk River. <br />Solution: Changing perception of the city of Elk River starts with this statement; if you want to be seen as part of the <br />metro, compete for media attention like the rest of the metro. This competition is the core element to a cost effective, <br />high impactive publicity campaign.
