All fuel oil storage tanks <br />or cylinders shall be securely fastened in place and shall not be located <br />inside or beneath any mobile home or recreational camping vehicle or less <br />than five feet from any mobile home or recreational camping vehicle exit. <br />All fuel oil containers shall be mounted upon a stand or rack constructed <br />of anon-combustible material. <br />(p) Fiee Protection. Fire protection shall be provided in accordance with <br />the requirements of the State Fire Marshal. <br />(q) Variance. In any case where, upon applicacio^ of responsible per- <br />sons, the State Board of Health finds that by reason of exceptional circum- <br />stances the strict enforcement of any provision of this regulation would cause <br />undue hardship and would be unreasonable, impractical or not feasible, the <br />Board in its discretion may permit a variance therefrom upon such condi- <br />tions as it may prescribe.
