The Wal- <br />Mart General Manager has already approved the use of a portion of their parking lot for <br />this event. <br /> <br />Aside from the required permits we require no special help from the City of Elk River as <br />set-up, tear-down, security, and clean-up are handled entirely by us. <br /> <br />Logistical details of this event include: · Sales event held Thursday through Sunday, June 5th- 8th. <br /> · One 7,200 square foot tent (60' x 120'). <br /> · Set-up on Wednesday. <br /> · Tear-down on Sunday. <br /> · 25 to 30 boats displayed within the tent and alongside the outer tent perimeter. <br /> · Security staffhired for each day- from close to opening. <br /> · Clean-up of any debris. <br /> · We will not be selling any food or beverages (handled by local merchants only). <br /> · Customers may view, purchase, and finance their boat on the spot. <br /> <br />We have 25 years of experience conducting off-site boat sales like this.
