The Soil and <br />Water Conservation District is offering a $ 12,018.00 grant to build this rain garden. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />City's contribution to this project will include $ 27,050.00 of in-kind participation including, street <br />division equipment, personnel, and supplies that are on hand.
