The property is currently vacant, mostly open, and gently <br />sloping from north to south. The applicant is proposing a subdivision of eight lots to be <br />subdivided under the non-sewered Rlb Single Family zoning district regulations. The area <br />directly across County Road 35 to the north is zoned Rla (Single Family Residential, 2 aA <br />acre minimum lot area). <br /> <br /> <br />
