The club is <br />currently seeking revised bids on doing all of the recommended <br />impact and side berm height improvements. The plan is to complete <br />all berm improvements this summer. <br />The club has worked hard at getting the membership focused on <br />safety. Every member was required to complete Re-Orientation <br />which consisted of an hour long Power Point presentation and a <br />20 question exam afterwards. Over 93% of the members have <br />completed this. The remaining members have their access cards <br />disabled until they complete the Re-Orientation. <br />The gate and access system works well. The club has Range <br />Attendants on site every day supervising activities. This program <br />has made the members more aware of all range procedures. Believe <br />it or not, most members have actually enjoyed their time serving as <br />RA's despite the grumbling last summer when it was first proposed. <br />The club continues to review the procedures on the KD range for more <br />safety. The club is currently adopting more clearly defined policies <br />regarding the operation of the KD range. <br />On behalf of the club, I'd like to thank you for your support. I can assure <br />you that we take the safety of the club and more importantly, the community, <br />very seriously. The membership as a whole is proud of the activities that the <br />05/28/2010 <br />
