At the close of the public hearing /assessment hearing it would be appropriate for the City Council to <br />consider adoption of the attached resolutions <br />Financial Impact <br />The total cost is projected at $506,017. Based on an assessment rate of $2,500 the assessed amount would <br />be $212,500 and the city's portion would be $293,517. The City has budgeted $400,000 from the street <br />improvement fund for this project. The first resolution orders the improvement; the second resolution <br />adopts the assessment roll. This can be adopted with any changes the City Council deems appropriate <br />based on input at the assessment hearing.
