The Operator shall take other measures deemed appropriate by the Sherburne County Forester to control oakwilt, such as, but not limited to: debarking or destroying fallen diseased trees prior to April 15, not leaving roots exposed and avoiding mechanical damage on remaining trees. (21) Blandin~'s Turtles Department of Natural Resources flyers with an illustration of a Blancling's Turtle shall be distributed to all site workers. If observed, turtles in ;mm;nent danger shall be removed to a safe location and turtles not in danger shall be left undisturbed. All construction areas shall be surrounded by silt fence to keep turtles from entering and no wetlands shall be altered as a result of the arork authorized in this permit.
