Townhome Ordinance Version I <br />September 2 I, 200 I <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />iii. Three Family, Four-plex (quadraminium), Townhome, or Condominium Dwellings: <br /> <br />Vo <br /> <br />a. Lot Area: <br /> <br />20,000 square feet for three family or four-p]ex dwellings <br />Townhome or condominium unit lots shall have sufficient <br />area to include living area (including bay or bow windows), <br />garage, deck(s), patio(s), or porches of the individual dwelling <br />units. <br /> <br />b.
