Ten of those <br />tickets were '`appointments required." <br />• The Metering Department continues with weekly and monthly substation checks and <br />doing the monthly power bill. The meter change-out program is still continuing as <br />time permits. <br />• The Security Systems Department had a total of 53 phone contacts, 6 personal visits, <br />6 systems quoted, 7 sales made, 7 installs completed and 29 service calls for the <br />month of Mav. <br />• Power plant staff has performed the monthly run of the generators. Steve has built an <br />off road transformer cart for removing transformers from rear lot lines. I have <br />included a photo on the next page. <br />In May we took over 26 new customers in Area 22 from Connexus. The meter <br />shop took care of the meter reads and off-peak issues for those new customers. <br />
