RESOLUTION 10- <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATON OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE 2010 STREET OVERLAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHERAS the City Council wishes to advance the schedule of the project and obtain competitive bids <br />on the Improvement prior to the Assessment Hearing; and <br />WHEREAS plans and specifications for the Improvement will be required to obtain bids for <br />consideration of assessments based on actual bid costs; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ciry of Elk River, Minnesota: <br />1. Bolton & Menk, Inc, the designated engineer for the Improvement, shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of the improvement. <br />Passed and adopted this 7~ day of June, 2010. <br />Stephanie, A.
