Minnesota Main Street Program Structure <br />Advisory Committee <br />• The Minnesota Main Street Advisory Committee is a 35-50 person committee that <br />advises the Minnesota Main Street Steering Committee, shares information and <br />best practices, and advises on areas of synergy and efficiency. Half of the <br />members represent key partner organizations and state departments. The other <br />members are selected at large and include local Main Street project managers or <br />board chairs. The Advisory Committee meets twice per year facilitated through <br />conference call or web-based tools. <br />Steering Committee <br />• The Minnesota Main Street Steering ,Committee oversees the Minnesota Main <br />Street Program of the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota. Program will be <br />governed by a 15-18 member Steering Committee. The Steering Committee has <br />15-18 members with seats being reserved for the Minnesota Main Street Advisory <br />Committee Chair and the Chairs of each of the four Main Street Program Teams. <br />Program Service Delivery Teams <br />• Design Team <br />• Economic Restructuring Team <br />• Organization Team <br />• Promotion Team <br />
