The proposed access location for Street B to CSAH 12 is acceptable,
however in order to best insure the safe and efficient operation of CSAH 12, Sherbume County
requires a traffic analysis be completed for the proposed access onto CSAH 12 by an
independent traffic engineer hired by the county and paid for by the developer.

The access location for Street A to Tyler Street is not acceptable. It should be located
approximately 725' south of were you have it on the drawing. It should align with the access
west of Tyler Street that is shown on the drawing.

We also have concern with the configuration of the exception at the southeast corner of the
intersection of CSAH 12 and Tyler Street. If this property becomes commercial, access to Tyler
will be impossible or at least very difficult with such close proximatey to the intersection.

Sincerely,

Richard D. Corbin
Sherburne County Public Works
