0 RESOLUTION 95- <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT FOR ELK <br />RIVER /ROGERS VFW POST #5518 <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River/Roger VFW Post #5518 has made application <br />to the State Gambling Control Board for a premises permit; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the premises permit will allow Class B charitable gambling <br />on the premises; and, <br />WHEREAS, the premises upon which the gambling will be conducted is <br />the Eagles Club - Elk River Aerie #3264 located at 824 <br />Railroad Drive in the City of Elk River; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River/Rogers VFW Post is aware of the city's <br />requirement to spend at least 75 percent of its lawful <br />expenditures within the city's trade area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River grant its approval of a premises permit for the Elk River/Rogers <br />VFW Post #5518 to operate charitable gambling at Elk River Eagles Club, <br />824 Railroad Drive. <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 18th day of December, <br />1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Sandra A.
