• XIV. POLICY MODIFICATION <br />The City retains the right to modify this policy at its discretion or to conform to <br />changes in regulation or law. <br />XV. ALCOHOL AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES CONTACT <br />PERSON <br />The City designated contact persons will coordinate the implementation, direction, <br />and administration of the City's alcohol and controlled substances policy. The <br />contact persons are the principal contacts for the collection site, the testing lab, the <br />MRO, the BAT and the person tested.
