Staff Updates <br />Page 6 <br />Phil Hals discussed the property on 165th and Jarvis (the Cass property) <br />negotiation. He stated that a portion of this property will be dedicated for ball fields. <br />• Also, as the land is depleted of sludge, baseball complexes can be created on this <br />property. <br />14. Other Business <br />A brief discussion was held regarding the curb for Woodland Trails Park. Chair <br />Dave Anderson would like to take this item back to the City Council with the <br />
