These commercial <br />lands are generally located along U.S. Highway #10 anal are zoned C-3 (Highway <br />Commercial). <br />After an exhaustive search of our files and public records, we have found two sales which <br />can be analyzed in order to isolate the benefit of water and sewer trunks.
