Consider Resolution A1proving Assessment Roll for Unpaid <br />Garbage Collection Services <br />Attached is a listing of property owners with unpaid garbage collection <br />services as of September 1, 1995, and a Resolution approving the <br />assessment roll. The total to be assessed to the property owners is <br />$12,459.67. This is very comparable to the 1994 assessments of <br />$12,635.90. No public hearing is required prior to adoption of the <br />assessment resolution levying assessments for unpaid garbage <br />collection services. Notification was sent to these property owners <br />• giving them adequate time to bring their balance current to avoid <br />being assessed. <br />5.5. Consider Resolution Approving Assessment Roll for Elk Hills <br />Drive and Dodge Avenue Improvements <br />The second attachment is a resolution adopting the assessment roll for <br />the Elk Hills Drive/Dodge Avenue assessments. As you will recall, the <br />property owners have signed agreements waiving their rights to a <br />public hearing and waiving their rights to object to the amount of the <br />assessments, therefore eliminating the need for a public hearing on <br />this project. The assessments total $211,000, of which $145,000 is to <br />be assessed against the Elk River Retail Center. A listing of the <br />assessments is attached to the assessment resolution. <br />5.6. Consider Resolution Approving Assessment Roll for Country <br />Crossing Business Center <br />The final attachment is the resolution adopting the final assessment <br />roll for the Country Crossing Business Center improvements.
