The locating department had a total of 399 locate tickets for April, The Locating <br />Department helped the water Department with the hydrant flushing. <br />2. Mapboolcs are in the process of being printed. <br />3. The Metering Department continues with weekly and monthly substation checks, <br />and doing the monthly power bill, The meter change-out program is still <br />continuing as time permits. <br />4. The Security Systems Department had a total of 92 phone contacts,l5 personal <br />visits, l5 systems quoted,l2 sales made,ll installs completed and 20 service <br />calls for the month of April. <br />5. Staff participated in the Business Expo and had a good turn-out of visitors at the <br />booth. <br />6. Power plant staff has performed the monthly run of the generators, Steve Zeimer <br />is building an off road transformer cart for removing transformers from rear lot <br />, <br />ones, <br />7. Fire Chief T,J.Cunningham returned our 80o mghz radios to us, They are <br />programmed and ready to use and he will provide us some training on their use, <br />
