~® ~~LL ~IJT ~I~I~~ ~~IJLAI~ ~IL~, w~~S <br />Regular field workers who are asked to report for work outside their regular working <br />hours shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours each time they report for work. <br />Scheduled work contiguous to normal working hours shall not be subject to this two (2) <br />hour minimum reporting pay obligation. However, if a regular field worker reports for <br />work before or remains after the regular eight (8} hour work day, or works on a Saturday, <br />Sunday or Holiday, he/she will be paid at the applicable overtime rate for each hour <br />worked over eight in a day, or on a Sunday or Holiday, as applicable. <br />work performed ~ ' -for which an employee does not report to a <br />particular work site such as work that can be nerf©rmed on a la to com~ute~ from a <br />nan-work site, shall not be subject to this two hour minimum reporting pay obligation. <br />This policy does not apply to employees other than regular field workers. <br />~4. ~-CALL <br />regular Field ~Ya~l~ers. <br />Required ~'n-Call 1~atation fvr Regular Meld Workers. <br />Regular field workers {including linepersons, -~ <br />and other specifically trained field workers} are subject to a <br />residency rule. These same workers are also subject to <br />required participation in a scheduled an-call rotation. <br />Apprentices may be excluded from the on-call rotation for up <br />to one year from their date of hire, per management discretion. <br />The an-call rotation is scheduled in one { f }week blocks. <br />Residency Rule. The residency rule applies to the regular field <br />workers who are part of a scheduled on-call rotation as <br />described above. The residency rule is that these employees <br />must live within a twelve (12) mile radius of the power plant. <br />Resp©nse ~"ime. The fallowing guidelines on response time <br />apply to regular field workers in the on-call rotation schedule <br />on a ~4-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week basis during the <br />workers' scheduled on-call weeks. <br />while an-call, workers must remain within the 12 <br />mile residency radius. <br />while on-call, workers are expected to make <br />immediate telephone contact in response to a call. <br />While on-call, workers are expected to urgently. <br />report to a site of need within a reasonable time, which <br />
