[CITY OF ELK RIVER; LIQUOR LICENSES.] <br />The ci%~ of Elk River may issue six on-sale intoxicatinq <br />liquor licenses in addition to the number authorized by law. <br /> <br />~¢l_provisions of Minnesota Statutes, _ghapter 340A, not '-- <br />inconsistent with this sectionL_apply to the licenses authorized <br />by this section. <br /> Sec. 2.
